staff rush policy

Staff rush tickets are available at many performances; staff rush tickets are always subject to availability and available only at the discretion of Box Office. If staff rush tickets are available for a performance, you must show your badge to sign up at the Ticket Kiosk for ONE staff rush ticket, starting 90 minutes prior to the performance time. First-come, first-served. Staff rush tickets are given out five minutes prior to the performance; you will also need your badge to pick up staff rush tickets. Staff Rush tickets are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Violators of this policy will be excluded from Staff Rush privileges. No seating requests will be honored except special seating.
