Arriving & Departing from Glimmerglass
We want you here, now how do you get here?
The Glimmerglass Festival is located in rural Upstate New York and public transportation is not accessible here. If you do not plan on having a vehicle during your stay, Company Management will provide transportation from the airport/train station/bus station to your residence. You can expect an arrival email from the Company Management team about two weeks prior to your anticipated start date that will ask for you to confirm your arrival details.
Please note that for the safety of our Company Management team, we cannot provide transportation if your arrival time is before 8am or after 10pm.
As a reminder, you will have access to your housing one day prior to and following your dates of employment, so please keep that in mind when booking your transportation.

Arriving by car?
You will need to stop by the Company Management office in the Woodcock Administration building (pictured below) on the Glimmerglass campus to collect your residence key, parking pass, ID badge, and anything else you may need for the season. Check out the map below: the red circle (top right) is where the Woodcock Administration Building is located, near the back of campus.
